What Do We Want?

Our primary objective is to raise the level of awareness about council's proposals with respect to the relocation of the Emmbrook Secondary School. We believe that currently, there is a very low level of awareness amongst parents residents and other interested parties. One of the major reasons for this is the failure of the council to distribute their document to the interested parties.

Our second objective is to oppose the proposal to relocate The Emmbrook Secondary School. This will be achieved by presenting petitions and robust arguments during the initial consultation period (before 31/07/2005).

Clearly, the current makeup of this group has a vested interest in the secondary school remaining within Emmbrook. However, this should not dissuade you from finding out more if you disagree. Openness and a fair balanced argument are very important to us.

What Do We Hope To Achieve?

Our key aim is to not let the consultation period pass without as many voices and views being heard as possible. By 31/07/2005 we plan to deliver tangible feedback which will show the opposition to the relocation proposal. In short we do not want the council to be able to state that the proposal was unopposed.
